Hey guys! Sorry it has been a while. I’ve been busy trying to sort my life out. I’m currently in the Lower East Side in Manhattan where I’m networking out of my temporary loft apartment, trying to find where I’ll be at the end of the month. This is that phase of my move where I’ll look back at this month and think wow yeah I really had no idea how the hell my living situation would pull up. One minute I’m googling “how to turn a one bedroom apartment into a two bedroom apartment via the living room or something pls help me”, and the next minute I’m meeting chatting to real estate brokers about 3 bedroom apartments in Downtown for myself, a friend, and a third roommate whom I don’t even know yet. Such is the life of a wannabe New Yorker / Six Flags New Jersey enthusiast.

Today I took the opportunity to take a stroll around the SoHo neighbourhood. SoHo is one of those crazy clashing points of Manhattan. Tourists stream up and down Broadway fluttering in and out of chain stores lining both sides of the street. Trendy New Yorkers and international fashionistas swiftly pass along the cross-roads ducking in and out of boutique stores. Black Mercedes saloon cars and UberBLACKs sit engine idling on the sidewalks of Mercer outside Versace, Chanel, Vera Wang and A.P.C. for their next-class passengers. Then there’s me. I still count as a tourist, but then I don’t want to be identified as one. You know that feeling when you’ve been somewhere before or you are there long enough to change your Facebook location and you feel like you at least deserve whatever the equivalent to the yellow-belt is of tourist? That’s me.

Here’s just a small selection of photos.

I really enjoy these photo sets I’ve been publishing lately. I really want to steer away from being one of those menswear style blogs that just focuses on Outfit of the Day posts, and doesn’t really give anything more dynamic interesting to look at, let alone read. Please leave a comment below!

Thanks again for stopping by. Things might be a little sporadic over the next couple of weeks but stick with me, soon I’ll be settled, working, and back to a solid routine.
If you’re a blogger and in New York, hmu, I want to do some photo shoots.
