I’ve only recently actually stopped and thought about my increasing desire to buy bags. I don’t actually buy bags very often because to be honest I rarely use bags, let alone do I need a bag that will bag better than a bag I’ve already got. However, I want a new bag almost every time I ever do something that requires something to be bagged. Usually it’s travelling. Not that I travel particularly often, but when I do travel I want a great bag to travel with. Anyone who’s been on a flight somewhere must have gone through some sort of bag-related anxiety. I certainly have. Maybe this frantic waffle is an indication that it might have affected me long term?
Here a just a couple of great products that hold stuff, of which I’m considering for my next trip.
The Adventure Backpack. Need something to carry on your back during your travel adventures, which will hold your camera gear, and a few extra bits and pieces? I do. And thankfully I have an answer! Introducing LANGLY. Langly is a small independent company producing cool looking camera/day bags which not only have reinforced compartments for your camera, lenses, and equipment, but will also keep it all dry, inconspicuous and looking good on your back. Unfortunately their supply is a little overwhelmed by demand. They are hard to get your hands on at the moment but hopefully they are stepping up their game with production. Take a look at some pics below to get an idea of why you might need a Langly bag in your life.
There are two styles. The Delta Rucksack, and the Alpha Pro. I’m personally a fan of the more compact looking Delta. Both are water resistant and sweat wicking. The top half of the bag can take a change of clothes, some food and water, or whatever other essentials you need for your day. The compartments in the bottom will take a DSLR and up to 4 lenses. The Alpha Pro will even take a 15″ laptop.
The Carry All Bag. I’ve got my backpack on and a suitcase of luggage being checked in. Or maybe I don’t have a suitcase worth of things to take and I just need something bigger to throw a weeks worth of clothes in. Enter Industrie. Industrie currently has a couple of offerings of affordable bags. The Easton is a large carryall canvas bag with leather straps. It’s just a big empty sack, perfect for jamming everything you need into it.
The second option from Industrie is the newer Kensington bag. This one is a more tradition duffle / gym bag. It is available in both the canvas option, or the leather option. Obviously we want the leather one.
Fun fact: Low ft. T-Pain is currently playing on my iTunes Radio.
Thanks for reading! Come back soon for more shit and stuff.
